The Department of Communications and Integrated Systems offers one of the most comprehensive research and instructional programs in the field of Communications and Integrated Systems. Research in Communications and Integrated Systems addresses issues across the spectrum of Communications/Computer Systems and their bases. They include the fields of Information Network, Media, Information Security, Communications, Computer Architecture, VLSI systems, Signal Processing systems and Electronic Circuits. The interests of our excellent faculty cover a broad range of research topics, and many have won the highest distinctions in their fields. We ensure that graduate students pursue challenging and significant research in the course of a rigorous professional education in the class and in the laboratories.
